There will be no refunds for cancellations received after May 31, 2026.
Cancelations made prior to June 1 must berequested in writing.
Refunds will incur a $25 administrative fee, which will be deducted, resulting in a refund of $135.
Instrument Policy
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing an instrument for their child to bring to camp. Campers should bring their instrument to camp every day, including the first day.
Camp Drop Off and Pick Up
For everyone's safety: All campers (regardless of age) must be dropped off at the designated drop-off location. (Information will be sent in your confirmation email closer to the start of camp.)
All campers need to arrive at camp promptly with enough time to unpack and tune prior to the 8:30 start time. (Arrival at 8:20 is recommended).
All campers must be picked up promptly at the conclusion of camp (12:30 pm). Any student who is not picked up by 1:00 p.m. will be charged a $20.00 fee, which must be paid to camp staff before the camper may return to camp.
