Playing Excerpts to Submit

Begin your registration by completing our online form, which gathers essential information about the student, including name, age, instrument, and any prior musical experience. (Will open a new window.)

After filling out the online registration form, proceed to submit your payment through our secure payment portal. There is a link at the end of the registration to complete online payment. OR, use the button below if you cannot access it there. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

One week of camp is $160 if paid before May 31, 2026 and $175 if paid after May 31, 2026. Registration Closes Sunday, June 7, 2026.

All students except beginners who have never played MUST prepare and submit one of the provided audition excerpts. This is NOT for acceptance into camp. By registering, you are accepted. This is meant to ensure accurate ensemble placement after registering. Students need to select ONE level excerpt they can practice and play well. They must submit a recording of them playing (audio only required) the excerpt and email it to kvborchestracamp@gmail.com no later than June 7, 2025.
